Refund policy

We accept return of items. Return requests can be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order by email store@ajcstore.ae.

After 7-day period, the customer will no longer be eligible for a voucher reimbursement.

The returned item should be in its original condition, not used, and still have its original tag. Our team will examine the condition of the returned item to proceed further.

Cancellation refunds will be issued using the original payment method that you used when placing the order.

It may take up to 5-working days for us to receive your return order.

Received a wrong or faulty product
If you receive a wrong/ faulty item, please contact us immediately (no later than 24 hours from receiving the faulty item) with the following information:

• Order number
• Photo of the product.
