Shipping policy

We charge a flat shipping rate of AED 25 per order on all orders within the territory of the United Arab Emirates.

Customs VAT Duties

All prices on our website include 5% VAT, which is in line with UAE regulations.

Shipping and Delivery takes 1 - 2 Working Days after fulfilling your order

Orders placed after 06:00 pm (UAE time) will be processed the next working day.

Orders are processed and fulfilled on Business Days only. (This excludes weekends; and public holidays)

After you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order and are processing it.

If your order has already been placed, you can no longer edit your order or change your address.

Our courier service companies deliver directly to your doorstep during all weekdays, except Sunday.

You can cancel your order up until the point where you receive a notification email that the items have been dispatched and sent to the address specified by you. If the items have been dispatched, your order can no longer be cancelled.
